I'm a product designer with 10 years of experience designing user-facing products and the enterprise systems that support them in regulated, high-impact environments. My strength is breaking down complex problems and identifying the simplest solution that fully addresses user needs while respecting technical constraints and business realities.

Currently at First American Financial Corporation, I design and lead UX initiatives across multiple interconnected products, producing high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for complex, multi-stage workflows spanning internal and customer-facing use cases. I led the design and delivery of an auto-renewal experience for a subscription system operating at multi-million-dollar annual revenue scale, defining requirements, UX flows, and edge cases and driving the initiative through implementation. I also led UX improvements for a customer-facing web platform refresh, improving information architecture, checkout flows, and self-service account management while reducing operational support burden.
